Major improvement for profile 4 CdA measurement

We have been working long and hard on major improvements of CdA measurement in profile 4.

At long last we have something ready to go

With this new firmware, when using profile 4 CdA Testing, both CdA accuracy and consistency are incredibly good. As you know, in profile 4 you get CdA measurements while riding on a closed loop or out-and-back route.
