I saw your email to tech support. You have an old PP, manufactured in 2016. This model used a different microprocessor, and unfortunately it is incompatible with the latest versions of firmware. You might want to consider trading it in...the latest models are compatible with all our firmware updates, and will be equipped for full wireless communication features, coming soon.

Nevertheless update was succesfull today by Auto Download via VA. I bought a 2nd Aeropod in 2020 or so .

I just checked and I was wrong; your unit was manufactured in 2018, so it does have the new microprocessor, and that means you can upgrade.

It sounds like you did get the FW update working!
