Velocomp Aero software for Mac/PC
Velocomp Aero (VA) software for Mac/PC is completely new. VA has a look and feel similar to Isaac, (so it's easy to learn) but it is much faster to operate, easier to use, and provides much better analytical capabilities for CdA. If you are an AeroPod user this app will allow you to upgrade your Aer...

Re: Merging ride data from GPX file
Your Garmin and your PP both record speed data. The question is: WHEN do they start to record that data. Your PP starts recording data when you start riding. Your Garmin starts recording when you press the "start" button. Since these two event almost never happen at precisely the same time...

Re: New AeroPod/PowerPod CdA app for Garmin devices
Is there a trick to pairing your DFPM to your PP? I’ve tried with my Pioneer PM, and more recently with my set of Assiomas - both unsuccessfully Your PP may need a hard reset: 1) Press-hold the button for 4 seconds 2)Once the light starts flashing, continue to hold the button for about 12 seconds 3...

Re: Completed O&B ride, but my 11 mile ride not recored
Quick update. I tried a O&B cal ride during my ride this morning. This time , I got a red at 50 and returned to start. After 100 flashing red then flashing Re/green numbers starting at 50. after some time, everything settled down and started reporting normal numbers. Totally strange. But no rid...

Ok, re read instructions . 1. All current profiles are backed up and in Isaac. 2. All profiles now are "factory default ".per the above setup instructions. 3. Ready to start bike #1. Again , what do I do, if at the end of O&B , I see the red/green flashing light . Thanks. KB 1) Before...

Re: Completed O&B ride, but my 11 mile ride not recored
Okay, John. Discovered another issue and paid attention this time. Needed to calibrate Concorde, as it had same speed sensor ID as does the Merit. (Mentioned above) . PP found all 3 sensors, light turned solid yellow, but after riding to starting point , over a minute, refused to start flashing Red...

Re: Completed O&B ride, but my 11 mile ride not recored
Hello John, Another data point. Today I set profile 1 for the Merit (which I had completed a O&B calibration in April. ) Took a short 8 mi. ride and the ride was recorded in Isaac . So, my guess is, the issue is with the Ciocc profile and calibration. What's strange, as mentioned earlier, PP fi...

Re: Restore original downloded file
The ibr file saved on my pc is the updated version, following the addition of GPS date from my Garmin computer. I've tried using Analyse/Return To Original Download but it doesn't work. Is this because I saved the updated file? Is there a way to Return To The Original Download once updates/amendmen...

Re: PP suddenly totally wonky
Your cadence sensor was not picked-up during the scan (0 ID). Sorry, but you'll need to do another sensor pairing and cal ride. Make sure your cadence sensor is awake prior to pairing. When you do the pairing you should see the light flash red 3 times, indicating that your cadence sensor was picked ...

It looks like you have 3 separate profiles.

Re: PPV5 suddenly went crazy - mid ride
Hi John, here you have 2 files. I was riding today and near the one-hour the figures went crazy. The power went up and the wind showed always 0 and sometimes strong headwind. I continued my ride, and power off the pp. Some minutes later i turned it on but te figures still were bad and i decided to ...

Re: PP suddenly totally wonky
Did a usual ride in Central Park today and PP had not responded at all two weeks ago but I kept it plugged in and rode 12mi 3/15 with normal power curves except for way high at the beginning (850W just for a minute or so) then everything seemed normal. Today in the first 6 mi lap seemed really low ...
