Lost readings
About 45 min. on a recent ride, all readings in the screen went zero. Seems like it lost all signals. Batteries are good. After riding for more than 2 miles trying all button combination, I end up shutting the unit down and turn it back up. Any idea what might have happened? Thanks
Re: Lost readings
Check your wireless mount. If all signals were zero then your mount battery might be bad.

Re: Lost readings
Just had new battery installed. After shutting it off, numbers came back on again. Is this a software/hardware hickup?
Re: Lost readings
It sounds like your iBike lost communication with the mount. This can happen if the iBike is bumped hard. The simple fix is to remove/reattach the iBike.

Re: Lost readings
Makes sense. We did ride over some bumpy road which might have knocked it out of connection. When I take it off /on the mount, do I need to power it off then on again?

Re: Lost readings
Still having the same problem. I would loose readings after a few minutes into the ride. Another problem occurred. After powering it off then on, to somehow reset the unit, I get only speed reading. No power and HR readings. I just installed new battery. Very frustrating.....
Re: Lost readings
It could be the battery in the unit temporarily losing contact. Try putting a small piece of electrical tape (maybe two) over the battery cover. That will apply more pressure when the unit is on the head.
