completely stopped working/blank screen

Its been working fine since I had it, however this week it has stopped working. I hadn't used it for a few days, and when I pressed the button to start it nothing happened.

I thought maybe the battery was flat, and started to charge it, however the battery level was at 30%.

I let it charge until it was at 100% and unplugged it from my PC, and the screen went blank. When I pressed the buttons nothing happened.

I plugged it in again, and it went through the data setup mode, and the battery now shows 0%

I have tried this now a few times just to check it wasn't a small glitch, but its happening all the time, and therefore i cant use it.

I’ve also now got an error code as follows:

top line: 37
next line: Err
bottom line: 702

Not sure if this means anything.

Can you let me know if there is anything i can try here, or will it need to be returned

Please try a hard reset

Press left, bottom, right, and center buttons simultaneously. This will reboot the unit.

If this does not fix things then email technical support technical support@velocomp.com for next steps.
