Solid Yellow Light will not Calibrate on second bike

Post by j4ese »

Hi

I am having trouble pairing second bike.

I have watched your video and done everything correct and my main bike is fine, I do have separate cadence for second bike and have not used my main bike for a couple of days which is in the garage so it could not pick up sensor off that bike.

I sent Prof3 to bike paired ok the Garmin 1000 head unit has paired with the Powerpod for second bike and flashes green then solid green to show it’s paired.

When I turn powerpod on its shows solid yellow but when I go for a ride which I have done 6 times today to calibrate it just stays solid yellow and does not flash or countdown.

I also did a reset for 10 seconds and set Prof3 back to factory settings in case I was doing something wrong and resent to Powerpod but I just get the same solid yellow and nothing happens.

The name Powerpod on the unit’s level so i dont think its a tilt problem.

Any thoughts

It's likely that your speed sensor is not sending a signal.

PowerPod will show solid green if the cadence sensor is working. With you bike at rest, spin the wheel of your bike to confirm that the speed sensor is operational.

You can see speed on Garmin even if speed sensor is not working; GPS speed will be shown.

Please check by rotating wheel as advised.
