I'm a new user and loving it. I have a question regarding race numbers on a sportive. is it likely to affect the powerpod, or perhaps more precisely, is there a way of mounting the number in a way that doesn't affect the powerpod.
thanks in advance
race number plate and powerpod
Re: race number plate and powerpod
Hmm...I'm not familiar with how the race numbers are mounted. Could you post a picture of a "typical" number as mounted on a bike?

i'm not too sure but this is a picture from the event that shows a typical one.
Re: race number plate and powerpod
I think you'll be OK as long as PowerPod is mounted on the opposite side of the handlebar, and the race number is secured a bit so that it does not flap in the wind.

Re: race number plate and powerpod
In my experience if you mount the number plate behind the powerpod then you get some very strange results for power - I assume that the disruption of wind/airflow is to blame.
Either mount it on the opposite handlebar, or wrap the number around the headtube.
