Everything is fine.
Your FTP is about 301W, and your PP is well-calibrated.
I don't see a 8000W spike; there is a single data point of about 1000W, where you did a gear shift. This has zero impact on your ride results so I would ignore it.

hi, i have another question, i just completed my ride, and was playing with isac for windows, and clicked on check calibration, clicked yes after the firs windows apper, because i finished where i stared. then a new window opened and it said moderate change, and the cursor was in red zone. i clicked accept the changes and in shifted Np from 265w to 247w. i am confused now, what did i did? which numbers are the right one, should i send this settings to pp?

Re: 8000w peak? new user
Check Calibration is intended to be used only with short (10KM or less) out-and-back rides. It can fine-tune your PP.
Your ride was 60 KM in length. When you checked the box you turned your long ride into an out-and back!
Leave your settings as is; your PP looks to be well-calibrated.

thank you, i guess i need to stop playing with isac and just start pedaling!
Re: 8000w peak? new user
I agree. One of the things I have to fight is tinkering with my own profile. Every time I do, after the next ride or so, it's back to where it originally was!jerant wrote:thank you, i guess i need to stop playing with Isaac and just start pedaling!
