Hello,
I have had my PowerPod for about six weeks before It started to really malfunction. I have tried multiple hard resets, factory resets, pairing and many failed recalibrations. At this point if I click it on, I get either a solid red light or yellow flashes and then a solid red light. I get a zero watt reading or at times a constant 50w. I am ready to throw in the towel on this meter.
Yes, I have a working Garmin speed sensor - indoors with no gps on, I get a speed reading.
I call support and left a message and I have emailed tech support.
Thank you,
Dale

Re: Major Malfunctions
Yes, I understand this, perhaps there should be an auto reply to support emails stating delays. Or a phone message that pertains to delays, rather than nothing. Something that says what they intend to with customers in the coming days/weeks.
It is what I would do with my business in such a situation.
Thank you,
Dale

Re: Major Malfunctions
With all due respect, most businesses don't have plans to deal with 1 in 100 year weather events.
Your question will be answered as soon as we get through the realities of dealing with this horrible hurricane that is descending upon us.
