I have setup PP for my roadbike with the calibration ride and after that a 6 mile out and back ride. That seems to have worked for the roadbike.
Compared to what I have seen on the indoor trainer this feels pretty close.
Now I have don't about the same for the MTB but have some questions.
When I connect the PP to Isaac after the calibration ride I guided through some setup steps. Including tire and road type.
The tires and roads/tracks I use with the MTB are not on the lists. What should I use here as a starting point? Or can PP/Isaac calculated these from the calibration and out-back ride?
Picking a tour tire and the very low pressure used in MTB tires doesn't look accurate to me.
The same goes for CdA too. Not sure what to use there.
I have seen the PP fine tune video but I'm not sure how accurate this will be if I start with the wrong settings.
I can upload the first ride files if that helps.
Thanks.
Rob.

Please post your ride files and we will sort this out.

Here are the file.
The out and back ride is done on different road types from tarmac to muddy.
Is it normal that the calibration part of the ride in the first ride isn't saved to the PP?
I checked the tire circumference again while seated on the bike. It is 2270 mm

Re: How do I setup Powerpod for a MTB?
I adjusted your profile for the correct tire size, and also a more reasonable figure for rolling resistance.
Load this profile into your PP and all should be well.
