No wind speed

Post by Steve »

Hi
I have an Ibike pro, and my problem is that the wind speed is always zero (inside-outside). It did not move from zero. I did the wind offset, but nothing happened!

Thank you for the big nothing!!!!!!!!
This product is not so user frendly, and the technical support disgusting! Still no answer, looks like you just wanna sell it, but don't care any more about the costumer!

There's no reason to get hostile. We pride ourselves in having the best customer support in the business. It is also a very busy time right now and we have a lot going on. Sorry it took a couple days without hearing something, but you will be taken care of.

Have you tried resending the email to ask if the technical support got it?

To the readers of this thread -

Velocomp does a great job of providing support. There are times (like the launch of Gen III units) where they were very busy - but even then they managed to pop in and help on this BB.

If John and the gang are very busy right now - something good is probably brewing. On more than one occasion I have waited patiently while John gets his daily shipments out and then after he probably has a wind-down ride he will go and read/answer emails, etc. It is a small company and plenty of growing pains exist - but he goes beyond the call to replace buggy systems or diagnose issues (and Travis, too!) - it is a learning curve on the incoming quality of the parts that make up one of these little wonders and it will take time to put all the tests and checks in place to ship defect free units all the time.

I also have never heard of nor seen anyone anywhere getting the best treatment by throwing a hissy-fit.

This guy Steve needs to learn how to read directions. Most of the problems are solved within the PDF troubleshooting document. The unit is AMAZING if you can read and follow simple directions.
